My family and I are long time customers of the BOSS! Brian has done fantastic work in getting his newest location in Youngsville up and running, and it is a HIT. Before his new location opened, we walked in asking if the dining room was open. Unfortunately, it wasn't, but they served us all the same. That alone speaks volumes to the commitment that Brian and his team places on his customer's having a good experience. He continues to add new items to his menu each week. From the Grilled Shrimp salad, Crawfish Boudin, and their newest hidden menu item (The Chicken Cracklin) you cannot go wrong. Choose the Boss. Choose the Boss and I will guarantee you will not see someone work harder to make your experience great.

Just left y'all's place and let me tell ya , y'all have the best crawfish around . Crawfish were huge tonight and very well seasoned . Since the season started y'all have been the only crawfish we've had and honestly we won't go anywheres else . The service is absolutely amazing and even better when the owner comes to sit and talk with you to make sure his customers are happy . Y'all want some amazing crawfish this is the place to go . Thank you so much

Got 3 lbs to go in the drive thru last night. They were great. The drive thru wait staff was a little confusing though. They said to get something crawfish to go thru the drive thru I had to order other food as well and go inside. This defeats the purpose of drive thru crawfish window. Went inside and they told me the crawfish had to only be through the drive thru. Ended up having to get something so went with a burger as well, which was very good. But confusing on what drive thru crawfish to go is in south Louisiana. Crawfish were perfectly boiled. May even get them again before the season ends.
